5.4.1 Part 1 - Delivery Of Foods: Spices, Loose Articles (Flour, Sugar, Porridge And Other), Cans, Jars, Bottles (Jam, Oil, Compote And Other) In Accordance With The Assortment And Price Form - Annex 1A/1. 5.4.1.1 The Contractor Must Show Availability On Each Business Day. The Contracting Authority Will Not Adapt The Delivery Dates To The Logistics And Distribution Capabilities Of The Contractor. 5.4.1.2 Details Regarding The Quantity And Range Of Unit Supplies Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Weekly Menus, Created On A Regular Basis, According To The Needs Of The Employer. 5.4.1.3 Food Articles Should Be Supplied In Original, Intact Packaging Containing Factory Markings, I.E. Type, Product Name, Quantity, The Date Of Use For Consumption, Not Shorter Than ¾ Of The Period Calculated From The Date Of Production, Marked By The Manufacturer On The Supplied Article, The Name And Address Of The Manufacturer And Other Markings In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Food Law. 5.4.1.4 The Goods Should Be Delivered With An Invoice Or Wz Document, And On The Last Day Of Delivery Of The Goods In A Given Week, An Invoice Or Collective Invoice Absolutely. 5.4.1.5 Erected Frequency Of Deliveries: 5 Times A Week From 6:00 To 6:30
