The Subject Of The Contract Is The Rental Of Construction Equipment Together With Operator Service (Part No. 1, 2 And 4 Of The Order) And Means Of Transport Together With Drivers (Part 3 And 5 Of The Order) For The Needs Of Legnica Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. Z O. O. 2. The Payer Allows For Partial Offers For Individual Parts Of The Order. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Or More Part Of The Following Part Of The Order: 1) Part 1 Of The Order: Renting Wheeled Chargers With Operator For The Needs Of The Waste Development Plant At Rzeszotarska Street In Legnica, 2) Part 2 Order: Rental Legnica ”, 3) Part 3 Of The Order: Renting Of Self-Relief Cars With Drivers For The Needs Of The Waste Development Plant At Rzeszotarska Street In Legnica , 4) Part 4 Of The Order: Renting A Backhoe Loader With Operators Service. With Drivers And An Additional Cast For The Needs Of The City Cleansing Plant At Ul. 3. The Landlord Provides The Possibility Of Free Parking And Means Of Transport At The Waste Development Plant At Ul. Rzeszotarska In Legnica, With The Proviso That The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Secure The Equipment And Means Of Transport Used By The Contractor, And Their Equipment, And Is Not Responsible For Its Damage Or Loss. 4. The Contractor Has The Option Of Making A Local Vision Of The Area Where The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of Part 1-3 Of The Contract Will Be Made By Submitting The Offer.
