The Estimated Quantity During The Contract For: A) Developing A Draft Decision On Building Conditions Is Set At The Level Of 150 Pcs. The Parts Include: A) Preparing Projects For Decisions On Building And Land Development, B) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investment, Including The Preparation Of Analyzes Of Conditions And Rules For Developing Land And Its Development, Resulting From Separate Provisions, Legal And Actual Status, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Planning And Development Spatial (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 26 August 2003 On The Designations And Names Used In The Decision On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Building Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164 Item 15890 And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 15 July 2024 In The Case Determining The Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Dz. U. Of 2024, Item 1116) As Well As Draft Decisions Amending The Above Decisions. C) Preparation Of Projects Of Decisions Amending The Abovementioned Decisions. 2. The Order Also Includes: A) Field Visions And, If Necessary, Drawing Up A Photo Documentation Covering The Area Of The Analysis Area Carried Out During The Preparation Of Each Project Of The Decision, B) Each Time The Authorities To Which You Must Request The Agreement Of The Draft Decision, C) Improving The Draft Decision, In The Event Of Refusal To Agree The Draft Decision Due To The Improper Provisions Contained In It, Or At The Request Of The Commission For Assessment Of Decision Projects, D) Preparation.
