The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Elaboration Of Project Documentation (Or Project Documentation), Which Is The Construction Of The Building Of The New Building Of The Nursery School “Kindergarten In The Czech Republic Brno - Maloměřice And Obřany, Under Hády”, In Accordance With The Elaborated Documentation For Zoning Decisions, Which Consists Of Annex 3 Of The Tender Documentation. Legal Regulations (Requirements For Individual Degrees Of Project Documentation Are Specific In Annex 1 To The Tender Documentation). The Building Of The New Kindergarten Will Contain 4 Classes With A Total Capacity Of A Maximum Of 100 Children, Facilities For School Management, Pedagogical And Non -Teaching Staff. The Construction Will Include A School Kitchen With Operating Facilities. The Kindergarten Will Be Followed By A Fenced School Garden For Outdoor Stays Of Children, Including Game And Teaching Elements. Public Engineering Networks And Parking Spaces Will Be Built As Part Of The Development Project “Quarter Under Hády, Brno, 2. Stage”. Part Of The Elaborated Project Documentation Will Include Proof Of Documents On Negotiations With State Administration Authorities, Opinions, Consents, Or Decisions Of The Affected State Administration Authorities Prescribed By Special Legislation And Incorporation Of Comments And Decisions In Project Documentation.
