The Oceo Is Seeking A Vendor/Vendors To Provide A Warehouse And Inventory Management System To Assist In Overseeing Storage, Packing, And Shipment Of Supplies To Support Electoral Events Across Alberta And On An As-Needed Basis. This Can Be A Custom-Built Solution Or A Commercial Off-The-Shelf (Cots) Solution That Is Customizable.Elections Alberta’S Warehouse Department Manages Inventory In Preparation For All Election Events. During An Event, The Warehouse Department Purchases And Ships All The Required Items To Set Up And Run Returning Offices And Voting Places, And For All Other Election Activities. Outside An Election Year, The Warehouse Department Maintains An Inventory For Two By-Elections And Any Products Left Over From Previous Events. The Successful Vendor Must Be Able To Effectively Host And Support The Delivery Of A Comprehensive, Full-Featured, Hosted Wms That Meets Or Exceeds Our Requirements.
