The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of Internal Gas Installation, Central Heating, Water, Sewage And Ventilation As Well As The Construction Of An Exhaust Gas Drainage System And Supplying Air In Three Residential Premises No. 4, 5 And 7 Constituting The Ownership Of The Środa Śląska Commune And In The Common Parts Of The Building Located In Ciechów At 20 Średzka Street. After The Installation Works, Construction Works Should Be Carried Out With Special Care And Aesthetics Involving The Treatment And Plastering Of Furrows, Restoration Of Cladding From Ceramic Tiles, Planting And Plastering. That The Contractor Should Submit A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate At The Latest On The Day Of Signing The Contract.
