The Investment Includes Implementation, In The Design-Build Formula, Construction Works Including Construction Of A Road, Sanitary Sewage Network With Connections, Rainwater Sewage Network- Road Dehydration, Water Supply Network With Connections, Technological Channel, Street Lighting. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 2.1. Development Of A Comprehensive, Full -Branch Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Developed Pfu And Based On It To Obtain All Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of Works, Including A Building Permit. 4. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By: 4.1. The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex 6 To Swz. 4.2.
