Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Service In The Field Of Booking, Sales And Delivery Of Foreign And National Airline Tickets As Well As Mediation In Obtaining And Providing Visas
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Service In The Field Of Reservation, Sales And Delivery Of Foreign (International And Intercontinental) And National Airline Tickets To The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority Or In Place Indicated By It And Mediates In Obtaining And Providing Visas, Including Receiving From People Applying For The Visa Of Documents Needed To Obtain It. 2. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Demand For Airline Tickets In The Following Directions: A) International: Italy, Macedonia, Scotland, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, France, Bulgaria, Estonia, Brussels, Latvia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Romania, Turkey.B) Inter -Contextal: Canada, Egypt, Indie, Oman, Morocco, Chile, China.C) National: Gdańsk, Warsaw. 3. The Employer Also Allows Other Directions Than Those Indicated In The Preceding Point. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides During The Contract Of The Contract For The Purchase Of Tickets In The Quantity: International Tickets: Intercontinental 40Bilets: National 8Bilets: 2 And Mediation In Obtaining And Providing Visas In Quantity: 25. The Employer Guarantees The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract At A Level Of Not Less Than 30% Of The Value Of The Contract. 6. The Journey Will Take Place In Public / Collective Means Of Air Transport With Economic Class Or Cheap Lines. 7. The Number And Directions Of Ordered Tickets And The Number Of Visas Obtained Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Employer And May Be Different From The Expected Ones. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 2 To Swz.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Service In The Field Of The Sale Of Flight Tickets In Accordance With The Principles Of Iata (International Aviation Transport Association) .10. A Contract Will Be Signed With The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected In This Proceeding In Accordance With The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
