1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Dichlorek Radu 223 For Uck In The Assortment, Estimated Quantity And Border Requirements Specified In Annex 4 To Swz.2. The Ordered Assortment Referred To In Para. 1 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver At His Own Expense To The Uck Nuclear Medicine Department, Ul. Dębinki 7.3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Contracting Authority Has Not Divided The Order Into Parts Because Such A Division In This Procedure Is Unprecedented And Would Cause Significant Difficulties And Excessive Costs When Performing The Contract. In Addition, Art. 91 Of The Public Procurement Law Does Not Impose An Absolute Obligation To Divide The Contract Into Parts, But Constitutes The Entitlement Of The Ordering Party To Divide The Contract, And Therefore It Is Impossible To Formulate An Allegation Of Non -Compliance With The Law Of Such Action Due To The Lack Of A Norm Imposing The Obligation To Divide. 4. The Employer Does Not Agree To Make Changes In Annex 3 To Swz-The Assortment And Price Form Under Pain Of Rejection.
