The Employer Does Not Allow An Exhibition Vehicle, Which Was Previously In Operation, Regenerated, A Year Of Production Of Minimum 2024. The List Of Minimal Expected Technical Parameters Of The Vehicle Was Specified In Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Contractor Provides An Authorized Vehicle Service Station For The Vehicle In The Country. 3. Place Of Delivery: Średzki Hospital Of The Heart Of Jesus Limited Liability Company, Ul. Żwirki I Wigury 10, 63-000 Środa Wielkopolska. 4. Warranty Periods For Defects And Guarantees: 1) The Warranty Period For Defects From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Without Reservations - 24 Months, 2) The Mechanical Warranty Period For The Vehicle From The Date Of Signing The Reception Report Without Reservations - 36 Months Without Kilometers, 3) Period Varnish From The Date Of Signing The Collection Report Without Reservations - 24 Months. 5. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Arising From The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047 As Amended) And Executive Provisions To This Act, Including: Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). 6. The Delivered Vehicle Must Have An Ec Approval Certificate For The Vehicle, In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract, And In The Absence Of It - Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 200,000.00 Per One And All Events During The Insurance Period. Civil Liability Insurance Should Include Civil And Contract Liability For Personal And Material Damage And Their Consequences. 8. The Contracting Authority Allows The Vehicle To Be Delivered On Wheels. 10. The Vehicle Must Be Delivered As Completed, Intended For European Countries And Right -Hand Traffic. 9. Vehicle Delivery Date To The Ordering Party: 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 10. Operational Leasing Conditions Are Specified In Annex 2 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 11. Along With The Offer Form, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Schedule Of Leasing Installments. The Schedule Must Take Into Account All The Fees That The Contracting Authority Will Pay For Leasing- Capital, Interest, Tax, Other Costs. 12. In The Event Of Failure To Submit With The Offer Of The Leasing Installment Schedule, The Employer Will Reject Such An Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp - As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Order (Swz Content).
