The Municipality Aims To Enter Into One (1) Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor For The Duration Of Two (2) Years With The Option To Extend Twice (2X) The Period Of One (1) Year For The Delivery Of Flowers. The Intended Effective Date Of The Framework Agreement Is 1 July 2025. The Intended End Date Of The Initial Term Of The Framework Agreement Is 1 July 2027. The Contractor Must Be Able To Deliver Flowers That Are Ordered Via The Financial System And A Link Must Be Realized For This Purpose. The Flowers Should Be Delivered As Much As Possible By A Local Entrepreneur (Within The Municipality Of The Delivery Address), So That The Local Middle Class Is Involved As Optimally As Possible. The Amount Of The Expenditure For This Assignment Is Highly Dependent On External And Internal Developments. External Developments In The Market Are Often Unforeseeable. Developments Within The Municipality Are Strongly Related To The Developments In The Market And Therefore Have The Same Unpredictable Nature. This Makes An Estimate Of The Assignment Difficult. If We Look At The Publication Of What Is Registered As Purchasing Flowers, The Total Will Be Around € 180,000 Excl. Vat Over The Past Four Years. However, This Does Not Give A Truthful Picture. Many Of The Flowers That Are Purchased Also Declare Employees Through The Regular Declaration Process And Therefore Do Not Return As Such In The Analysis Of The Issues Of Flowers. Based On Key Figures, An Average Spending Per Number Of Employees And An Estimate, It Is Likely That The Municipality Will Spend A Small € 360,000 Excl. Vat Per Four Years In Flowers. The Tenderer Can In No Way Derive Rights From The Above Calculations And Tasks. It Therefore Does Not Apply As A Turnover Guarantee Or Something Similar.
