Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Counseling And Design Services In Planning And Construction Matters As Well As Landscape Architecture (Lark)
The Procurement Will Meet The Clients Need For Counseling Services In The Following Disciplines: • Planning And Construction Matters • Landscape Architect (Lark) For Planning And Construction Cases, The Framework Agreement May Include The Following Contract Work: Counseling, Detailed Design, Investigation And Overall Planning Within Planning And Construction Matters. For Lark, The Framework Agreement Could Include The Following Contract Work: Planning And Implementation Of Investment And Maintenance Projects. The Client Reserves The Right To Use The Agreement On Major Projects, But Is Not Obliged To Do So. For Larger/Special Projects, The Client Can Announce Individual Competitions. The Framework Agreement May Be Limited To Cases Where The Service Is A Smaller Part And Naturally Belongs To Another Larger Building And Construction Project Or Where The Client Is Covered By Other Overlapping Agreements.
