The Preference Is For A Cloud Solution With One Central Backup Location (Cloud Solution Also As A Robust Backup, Preferably Not A Local Server); Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of Various Links With The Management System For Data Exchange With Systems/External Databases Such As Npr, Rdw, Etc.; Maintaining All Functionalities Associated With The Entire It Performance; (Safe) Transfer And/Or Conversion Of Data And Backups From Current Systems; Taking Care Of A Helpdesk Function For The Client; Training Employees (Including Technicians, Back Office, Application Managers, Product Owner); Optional (Without A Purchase Obligation): Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Maximum Of 250 New Parking Machines For Any Future Regulated Parking Areas, Including Saas Solution And Various Couplings, Help Desk And Training.
