1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Executive Documentation), Which Includes In Particular: 1) Executive Design, 2) Technical Specification Of Construction And Receipt Of Construction Works, 3) Predominant Of Works, 4) Investor Cost Estimate, 5) Additional Projects And Other Technical Studies Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex. Execution Documentation Should Be A Supplement And Detail Of The Project Documentation, I.E. An Architectural And Construction Project, A Land Development Project And A Technical Design, Constituting Annex 1 To Opz.3. Executive Documentation, Including Its Individual Parts, Will Serve The Following Purposes: A) The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works, Which Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Pzp Act And Determining The Value Of The Contract For Construction Works In Accordance With The Abovementioned Act, B) Implementation Of Construction Works. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz.
