1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility (Pfu) Program Together With The Calculation Of Planned Costs Of Design Work And Planned Costs Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Renovation And Reconstruction Of Bridges And Flyovers During The Świętokrzyskie Narrow -Gauge Queue Of Cięuki Ponidza As Part Of The Partnership Ponidzi In Accordance With The Guidelines Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). Utility (Pfu) And Planned Costs Of Design Work (Pkpp) And Planned Costs Of Construction Works (Pkrb) For An Action Consisting Of The Renovation Of Seven Bridge Facilities And Fts (Objects 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 7, 8) And Reconstruction Of One Bridge (Object 6 In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The State Water Farm, The Water Management Of The Polish Water Management Board In Krakow (Rgw K.Rpu.434.14.2025.Kt) - Single -Span Bridge. The Facilities That Are The Subject Of Pfu Should Be Adapted To The Movement Of The Narrow -Gauge Railway, And Pfu Should Contain A Comprehensive Description Of The Works Necessary To Perform In Order To Obtain Consents And, As A Consequence, Restore Traffic On The Section. Due To The Historic Nature Of Pfu, It Should Take Into Account The Maximum Use Of Ancient Materials (Steel Span Beams, Rails, Connectors, Fastenings). The Scope Of The Pfu Study Also Includes The Part Regarding The Renovation Of The Track From 19+300 (After The Motkowice Station) To 0+00 (Oep Umianowice). The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex 7 To Swz Together With The Following Attachments: 1) Annex. No. 1 - Illustrative Inventory Together With The Concepts Of Renovation For The Objects In Question (1-8); 2) No. 2 - Orthophotomaps Covering The Study Area; 3) No. 3 - Guidelines Rgzw Pism. The Scope Of The Order Consists Of The Following Elements: 1) Functional And Utility Program (Pfu), Necessary To Announce The Tender For The Performance Of The Abovementioned Design And Build Tasks; 2) Planned Costs Of Design Work And Planned Costs Of Construction Works, Necessary To Estimate The Value Of The Order, Constituting The Basis For Initiating The Tender Procedure; 3) Investor Cost Estimates Using The Simplified Method Based On Current Market Prices, Together With Unit Expenditure And Valuation Grounds; The Scope Of Work Covered By The Study May Change Depending On The Total Investment Costs Developed By The Pfu Contractor, It Should Be Provided For In The Price Of The Order, In The Price Of The Order, The Cost Of The Cost Of Several Times Depending On The Selected Scope Of Work - The Contracting Authority Has A Specific Budget For The Task, Which Will Depend Works Presented For Implementation; The Catalog Of Works Listed In The Annexes To This Description Is Not Closed And The Employer Allows Its Modification Depending On The Needs, Results Of The Local Vision, Research, The Results Of Opencasts, Wells, Or Depending On Legal
