4.1. Reduction Of Predation Is An Action Of Active Protection For The Capercaillie And Is A Key Action For The Protection Of This Species. It Applies To Both Caperries Living In The Ohz Forest Forest District As Well As Birds In This Area. The Service Must Be Implemented Only By A Hunter With Appropriate Permissions And Valid Authorization To Exercise Individual Hunting, Issued By The Employer, I.E. The Głęboki Bród Forest District. Authorization To Perform Hunting Will Be Issued Successively (In Monthly Cycles) As The Contract Is Completed. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law. Each, The Acquired Individual Of The Predatory Mammal Must Be Recorded In The Book Of The Recording Of The Stay On Individual Hunting. Tusts Obtained As Part Of Animal Reduction Will Remain At The Contractors Disposal. As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop A Shot Animal In Accordance With Applicable Law In This Respect.
