Commercial Banks Should Also Have The Opportunity To Offer The Provision Of Corporate Clients Financing Services And Bank Guarantees For The Possible Financial Commitments Of The Medical Establishment. Contracts For The Award Of The Public Procurement May Be Concluded With The Participants Ranked Up To The 5Th Place Incl., In Connection With Compliance With The Rules Of Concentration, In Accordance With Art. 28 Of The Rules Of Procedure Of The Public Enterprise Act The Maximum Value Of All Contracts For The Execution Of The Public Procurement May Not Exceed Bgn 100,000 Excluding Vat.
