The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Project Engineer Advisory Service For The Project Entitled Computerization Of Medical Facilities Of The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship - Ii (Short Name Of The Inplamed -Ii Project), Also Known As The Project, In All Phases Of Its Implementation. The Project Engineer Will Provide A Service Consisting In The Support Of The Employer - A Leader Of The Project Who Is A Beneficiary And Project Partners, In Service, Implementation, Control, Reporting And Project Supervision, In The Form Of Substantive Consulting, Including Technical, Legal Advice, And Financial Advice And Accounting Advice. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz. The Concept Of It And Legal Solutions For The Project Is Annex 1 To Sopz, While The List Of Definitions And Shortcuts Used In The Documentation As Well As A List Of Legal Acts And Program Regulations Was Included In Annex 2 To Sopz.
