The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Perform Work On Vehicles Consisting In: 1St Review Of The Fourth Level Of Maintenance (P4) Of Four (4) Electric Traction Units Of The 40Wea, En64 Series With En64-004, En64-006, En64-007 And En64-008 Series, According To The Scope Specified In The Scope Specified In The Documentation Of The Maintenance System No.: Dss 40Wea 0130-1. (Kmł V.1) On The Principles Set Out In The Documentation Of The Procedure. 2. Additional Works Going Beyond The Constant Dsu Scope, The Need To Perform Will Be Diagnosed By The Contractor In The Course Of Reviews From The P4 Maintenance Level For Individual 40Wea Vehicles, The En64 Series As Part Of The Cost Limit Of These Works Indicated By The Ordering Party In § 6 Para. 1 Lit. C) Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Optional Works Carried Out Under The Law Of The Option Indicated In § 23 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract For Four (4) Electric Traction Units Of The En64 Series Indicated In Point 1 Above, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Annex 8 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 4. Development Of Technical Documentation For Vehicles Indicated In Point 1 Taking Into Account All The Work Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Preparation Of Accompanying Documentation, Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of These Works And The Use Of Vehicles After The Work Completed, Updating The Technical Documentation Of Vehicles By The Contractor (In Particular Technical And Movement Documentation, Replacement Parts Catalog, Documentation Of The Maintenance System-The Form Of The Maintenance System The Contracting Authority Is Granted A License To The Technical Documentation Created In The Course Of The Contract. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Entity Responsible For The Maintenance Of Vehicles Will Be The Contracting Authority, With The Proviso That The Contractor Has The Following Obligations: 1. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Information To The Ordering Party About Evidence Suggesting That An Element That Has Not Been Previously Identified As Critical For Safety Should Be Considered Such, In Particular, He Provides The Customer With Information On Issues Regarding Maintenance. The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For Managing Critical Elements For Safety; 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Information On Situations In Which The Possibility Of Moving The Vehicle Is Safely Threatened, In Particular Information Regarding The Need To Impose Restrictions On Use Or Special Operating Conditions In Relation To Vehicles Being The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The P4 Maintenance Level, In Accordance With The Applicable Documentation Of The Maintenance System (Dsu), Referred To In The Regulation And Technical And Movement Documentation (Dtr). The Contractor Will Present A List Of Additional Works To The Employer
