Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Virtualized Server Network Infrastructure at Inland Revenue Department. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders 011 the submission of a written application to the Commissioner General, Inland Revenue Department, Sir Chittampalam A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02 from 03.04.2025 to 23.04.2025 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment of non-refundable fee of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Rupees (Rs.12,500/-). The method of payment will be in cash only. A pre bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on April 10th, 2025 on 4th Floor Conference Room, Department of Inland Revenue. Bids must be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major), Procurement & Assets Management Branch, 15th Floor, Inland Revenue Department, Sir Chittampalam A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02 at or before 11.00 a.m. 011 24.04.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representative who chooses to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 24.07.2025. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Five Hundred Thousand (Rs. 500,000). A bid security only in the form of a Bank guarantee as per the approved form given in the bidding document, issued bv a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favor of Commissioner General of Inland Revenue. Bid security shall be valid up to 24.08.2025.
