3.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits, Including Notification Of The Intention To Start Construction Works As Well As Delivery And Assembly Of 161 Pcs The Investment Is Implemented Under The Program Of The National Plan Of Rebuilding And Increased Resistance Action: B3.1.1 Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas. 3.2 The Detailed Material Scope Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) And Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Expertise, Studies, Permits And Decisions Necessary To Properly Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit; 2) Stage Ii - Execution, Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Employer Referred To In Point 1) Construction Works Together With The Full Range: Accompanying Works, Required Trials And Checks And Cleaning Works. Note: The Employer Informs That The Number Of People In Households For The Individual Capacity Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Has Changed In Relation To The Provisions In Pfu. In View Of The Above, The Applicable Entry In This Respect Is As Follows: The Total Number Of 161 Household Biological (Pboś) Sewage Treatment Plants Consists Of 82 Pcs. Treatment Plants Servicing Households With A Number Of Up To 3 Inhabitants, 63 Pcs Of Sewage Treatment Plants Servicing Households With A Number Of 4-5 Inhabitants, 14 Pcs. Sewage Treatment Plants Servicing Households With A Number Of 6-7 Inhabitants, 2 Pcs. Sewage Treatment Plants Serving Households With 8-9 Inhabitants. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Location Indicated In Annex 1 To Pfu, In Particular In Cases Of Resignation Of Household Owners At A Given Address Or Complications In The Scope Of Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements Or Decisions. In Such Cases, The Employer Intends To Use The Reserve List. Such A Change Does Not Constitute A Change In The Contract. The Employer Informs That It Withdraws From The Obligation Entered In Pfu In Relation To The Contractor Regarding The Acceptance Of Civil And Property Liability Insurance In An Insurance Company (Such A Policy Together With Its Scope Will Be Presented To The Employer For Approval At Least 10 Days Before The Start Of Construction Works.). The Contractor Will Be Subject To The Provisions Contained In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract In §12 Insurance. 3.3 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Recognition Of Soil And Water Conditions For The Needs Of The Project And Implementation Of The Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Sulejów Commune And The Implementation Of Geotechnical Documentation. 2) Purchase Of Maps For Opinions. 3) Making The Necessary Project Documentation Together With Obtaining All Required Approvals, Opinions And Permits For The Per
