Tenders Are Invited For Workshops For Students As Part Of The Project Improving Architectural And Educational And Social Availability At The Jarosław Dąbrowski High School In Rawicz.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Service: Organization And Conducting Workshops For Students As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Improving Architectural And Educational And Social Access At The 1St High School. Jarosław Dąbrowski In Rawicz. 2. The Workshop Series Should Include The Issue Of The Fight Against Counteracting Discrimination On Grounds Of Gender, Race, National And Ethnic Origin, Religion, Worldview, Disability, Age, Social Or Economic Status. 3. The Purpose Of The Workshop Is: 1) To Cause Students To Reflect On The Causes Of Discrimination; 2) Acquiring The Ability To Distinguish Criticism From Discrimination; 3) Shaping An Attitude Of Respect, Tolerance And Openness To Another Person; 4) Popularizing The Correct Patterns Of Communication Behavior. 4. At The Time Of The Order, 320 Lesson Hours (45 Min.) Of The Workshop Were Planned, In Which: 1) One Until June 20, 2025, 6 Hours X 17 Branches (About 400 Students) = 102 Hours; 2) Stage Two From September 1, 2025 To November 30, 2025, 6 Hours X 23 Departments (About 550 Students, Including 120 New Ones) = 138 Hours; 3) Stage Three From November 1, 2026, 4 Hours, 4 Hours. X 20 Branches (About 500 Students, Including 120 New Ones) = 80 Hours. For The Same Department In Subsequent School Years, The Theme Of The Workshop Cannot Be Repeated. 6. Workshops Must Be Conducted In Branches, Up To 33 Students. 7. The Workshops Will Take Place In The 1St High School In Rawicz, Ul. W. J. Dąbrowskiego 29, 63-900 Rawicz. 8. Workshops Should Take Place During School Hours From Monday To Friday From 7.40 To 15.00. 9. The Workshops Will Take Place According To The Schedule Determined By The Contractor And The Implementation Unit. Within 3 Days Of Setting The Schedule, The Contractor Shall Provide The Unit Implementing Classes For Each Group. 10. In The Workshops, Activating And Interactive Work Methods Should Be Used, Such As Simulations, Role Playing, Media Analysis, Debates, Etc. The Workshops Are To Have An Interactive Character And Based On Methods Of Engaging Participants, Such As: 1) Moderated Discussions - Analysis Of Actual Cases And Exchange Of Experience. Prejudices. 3) Case Analysis (Case Study) - Discussion Of Real Discrimination Situations In The Media And Society. 4) Simulations And Dram Scenes - Participants Take On Different Roles, Which Allows You To Better Understand The Perspective Of Other People.5) Educational Films And Analysis Of Media Content - Critical Assessment Of Media Messages In Terms Of Prejudice And Stereotypes. The Workshops Will Take Place According To The Schedule Set Together With The Implemented Unit. 12. Each Group Should Have Didactic Materials Provided, Including Exercise Scenarios, Work Cards And Access To Multimedia Materials - Some Materials Needed To Work At The Workshops Themselves Should Be Provided In Paper Form, The Remaining Part Of The Materials In Electronic Form. 13.
