Task No The Subject Of This Order Are Inspection Services, Repair Of Fire Signaling Systems And Smoke Exhaust Systems. 2. Maintenance Inspections Are To Be Carried Out On The Dates Specified By The Employer In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 2 To Swz). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of Maintenance Inspections, Their Quantity And Possible Repairs Together With The Requirements For Keeping Documentation From The Work Performed Are Included In Annex 2 (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) And No. 3 (Price Form) To Swz.4. Attention! The Contracting Authority Requires That In The Case Of Maintenance Services On Devices Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty, The Contractor Provided The Services In Question In A Way That Will Not Result In The Loss Or Restriction Of The Warranty Provided By The Manufacturer Of A Given Device. 5. The List Of Facilities With Their Location Together With A List Containing The Type And Number Of Elements Subject To Services Are Specified In Annex 3 To This Swz (Price Form) .6. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Services And Devices, Products And Materials Used To Perform The Order - In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex 2 To Swz, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty.
