The Needs Assessment And Project Plan Shall Be Drawn Up By The Selected Construction Consultant, The Project Management And Construction Task List Hjr 18 (Rt 10 - 11284) In The Application And B Project Planning. The Tenderer Prices The Needs Assessment And Project Planning Steps Separately For His Offer. Of These, The Project Planning Phase Is An Option That The Subscriber Can Redeem If They Wish. The Project To Develop The Äijänsuo Ballroom Conditions Includes Review Of The Refurbishment And New Construction Of The Football Stadium And The Extension Of The Winter Training Hall. During 2025 And 2026, A Needs Assessment And A Project Plan Will Be Drawn Up For Both Football And Winter Training Projects. The Task Of The Tenderer Is To Draw Up All Written Material During The Needs Assessment And Project Planning Phase. The Tenderer Acts As Secretary At Meetings. The Subscriber Appoints The Chairman For Meetings.
