Expression of Interest for Training of Youths and Women in Fish Farming in Saki East/Saki West/Atisbo Federal Constituency SUBMISSION OF EOI AND PRE QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound copies of Expression of Interest (EOI) document separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The document should be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed to the Provost, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Apata Ibadan and clearly marked with the name of the Project and the lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and Address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at Provost office, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Apata Ibadan not later than Wednesday April 16th 2025. 5.0. OPENING OF EOI AND PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT Opening of Technical bids shall be conducted immediately after the submission deadline at 12:00 noon on Wednesday April 16th 2025 at the College Auditorium. Bidders are to present at the opening of documents, which will be attended by officials of private sector professional organization and CSOs in the areas of anti-corruption/transparency. The event will be fully captured on video and can be provided to bidders on request.
