For Cleaning In The Household 44511000-5-Manual Tools 2. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively During The Period Of The Contract. 3. The Quantity And Type Of Assortment Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Form-Annex 2.1-2.2 To Swz, According To The Part 4. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Contract Template - Annex 5 To Swz.5. The Amount Of The Ordered Assortment Presented In The Abovementioned Assortment And Price Forms Are Estimated Amounts To Calculate The Price Of The Offer, They May Change During The Order, But The Total Value Of The Delivered Deliveries Will Not Exceed The Amount Saved In The Contract. The Final Amount Of Individual Deliveries Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Contracting Authority And His Financial Resources, And In The Case Of Smaller Needs, They Cannot Constitute Grounds For Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 6. The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Perform An Order At A Level Of Not Less Than 70% Of The Value Of The Contract, Which May Not Constitute The Basis For Claims By The Contractor. 7. The Offered Goods Must Be Brand New (And Species), Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect. The Assortment Provided Must Meet All The Conditions Set By The Employer In Swz.8. The Ordered Goods Delivered To The Employer Must Have A Minimum Of 12 Months Of Expiry, I.E. Suitability For Use. 9. The Goods Are To Be Delivered In The Original, Intact Packaging Of The Manufacturer. The Unit Packaging Must Have Closures, Which Guarantee Its Full Tightness Before And After Its Repeated Opening And One -Time Seals That Are Self -Destroyed During The First Opening. 10. The Assortment Must Be Supplied In Measures, Quantitative/Number Packaging Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form. With The Consent Of The Employer, The Size Of The Packaging May Change While Maintaining The Unit Price Given In The Assortment And Price Form. 11. All Cleaning Products And Personal Hygiene Must Have Labels In Polish Along With The Instructions For Using And Safety Of Their Use And The Date Of Their Usefulness To Use. 12. The Contractor Should Attach The Characteristics Cards, Relevant Certificates/Certificates Or Other Possible Certificates And Certificates Required By The Law Confirming The Admission Of The Supplied Product To Trading In Poland. 13. All Offered Products, Which Are Hazardous Substances Or Chemical Preparations Marked With A Sign Of Harmfulness, Must Have Current Characteristics Cards, In Accordance W
