The Objective Of This Tender Is The Hiring Of Call Center Service To Serve The Users Or Potential Users Or Users Of The Benefits, Instruments And Programs Of The National Training And Employment Service, Hereinafter. The Service Includes Automated Care Through Ivr Prior Fingering Of Run, Chatbot Online And Care Through Telephone Agents, Which Must Be Executed Under Supervision, According To Established Protocols And Quality Standards. The Telephony Software Used Must Have Functionalities As Automated Call Distribution; Real -Time Monitoring; Audio Recordings; Dynamic Ivr, Including Database Load; Chatbot Online, Generation Of Reports And Statistics, Storage Of All Information On Queues, Campaigns, Agents And Telephone Parameters In A Database, Etc. All Requirements Are Detailed In The Technical Bases.
