Tenders are invited for Procurement of Poultry Processing Plant and Equipment Location and Delivery Period Ogun State 30 days Bid Security At least Five Million Naira (N5,000,000.00) only Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ogun State Economic Transportation Project (OGSTEP), Mosunmola Owo-Odusi, or ogstepprocurement@gmail.com or Ite 08033579512 or Tayo 08058855168 and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday with the exception of Public Holidays at the address given below. 6. The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000.00) only. The method of payment will be by Bank Managers Cheque (Bank Drafts) from a recognized commercial bank made payable to Ogun State Economic Transportation Project. The bid document may be collected by the Suppliers Representative duly authorized by the Supplier in his application or sent by courier services on request (In the case of request by courier, the bidder is advised to arrange for own pre-paid courier service). 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday, 30 April, 2025 by 11.00am. Electronic Bidding in any form will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Wednesday, 30 April, 2025by 11.00am. at OGSTEP Office, Floor 5, OPIC Towers, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as stated in paragraph 2 above per Lot in the form of a Bank Guarantee, or Bank Managers cheque issued by a reputable Nigerian Commercial Bank.
