The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Catching And Providing 24 -Hour Care For Homeless Animals From The Zelów Commune After The Authorized Employee Of The Municipal Office In Zelów During Office Hours (Or Entities Listed In § 6 (3)) Along With Their Transport. The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Catching Immediately, But Not Later Than Within 4 Hours From The Time Of Notification By The Contracting Authority, And In Sudden, Particularly Justified Cases (E.G. Threatening The Life Of People Or Animals) No Later Than Within 1 Hour From The Time Of Reporting By The Contracting Authority. The Number Of Animals Is Taken To Catch About 35 Pieces A Year. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Number Of Animals To Catch And Admit To The Shelter May Be Smaller Or Larger, And This Will Result From The Current Number Of Homeless Animals Staying In The Zelów Commune. The Contractor Is Obliged To Catch Animals To: B) The Use Of Devices And Non -Life -Related Agents To Life, Health Or Inflicting Suffering For Caught Animals, C) The Use Of Means For Transporting Animals That Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Animal Protection Act, D) Securing Places For The 24 -Hour Holding Of Homeless Animals, E) Providing Food And Care For Homeless Animals Brought With Homeless Animals. Area Of ​​The Zelów Commune, F) Conducting Effective Actions Aimed At Finding Homeless Animals By The Owners Through Publication On The Website And Social Networking Site Of A Minimum Of 2 Current Photos (Good Quality Taken Immediately After The Passage Of All Veterinary Procedures) Of Animals Together With A Detailed Description, I.E. Gender, Age, Size, Coat, Chip, Special Signs, Castration/Sterilization Vaccination, Deworming, Walking On A Leash, Attitude Towards Cats, Dogs And People And Information Since The Animal Is In The Shelter, G) Giving Animals To Adopt And Informing The Contracting Authority About The Amount Of Animal Adoption For Adoption At Least Once A Month In The Form Of A Statement Along With An Invoice For The Services Performed. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Presenting Adoption Obligations, H) Keeping Animal Records Together With The Chip Identification Number And Photo From The Day Of Catching And Transferring It On An Ongoing Basis At Least Once A Month Of The Ordering Party In The Form Of A Statement Along With An Invoice For Services Performed) Providing Veterinary Care, In Which The Scope Includes:- 15-Day Quarantine, Deworming, Veterinary,- Treatment,- Sterilization Or Castration Treatments,- Marking By Implanting A Microprocessor And Registration Of An Animal In An International Animal Base,- Sleeping Of Blind Litters Of Homeless Animals,- In Case Of Need To Kill The Animalus Immediately. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Number Of Animals May Change To Take Over, And This Will Result From The Actual Number Of Dogs And Cats Staying In The Shelter As At The Date
