1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Administering A Passenger Information System (Sip) And A Multimedia System In Railway Vehicles Owned By The Pomeranian Voivodeship. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Administering The Passenger Information System (Sip) And Multimedia Systems In The Ordering Party Vehicles To The Extent Indicated In § 4 Of The Draft Contract And Providing A Free Wi-Fi Signal For Vehicle Passengers In Such A Way As To Provide Them With The Possibility Of Using The Internet Via Wi-Fi To The Extent Indicated In § 5 Of The Draft Contract. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Has Not Been Divided By Parts: Administration Of The System From One Contractor Has A Positive Impact On Reducing The Costs Of Maintenance And Operation Of The System. Division Of The Order Into Parts May Result In An Increase In The Costs Of The Contract Due To The Reproduction Of The Same Activities With Administration Similar Or Identical Passenger Information Systems. These Types Of Activities Cause Extending The Time Of Implementation Of Tasks. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Indicated In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
