1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Stationery And Office Materials To Educational Institutions In The Międzyrzec Podlaski Commune. As Part Of The Subject Of Delivery, An Assortment Required For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of Thematic Classes, Including Petting, Stationery And Painting Materials, Articles For Manual And Artistic And Dual Work. 2. Part 1 Of The Contract-Sp Halasa (Location: Public Primary School Of Henryk Sienkiewicz In Halasy, Halasa 41, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski). The Material Scope Of Individual Parts Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. All Materials Related To The Packaging Of Products The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer. 3) The Technical Specification Of Individual Ranges And The Subject Of Delivery Has Been Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex To 1 Swz. 4) The Purchaser Reserves A Requirement For The Delivery Of Equipment In The Time Intervals Established Individually With The Management Of Each Educational Institution, While Informing The Ordering Party About The Planned Delivery Of Deliveries. 4. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Limit The Number Of Ordered Articles. Contractors Are Not Entitled To Damages In This Respect. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Pzp, The Employer Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of Benefit That The Contractor Will Perform Is Not Less Than 60 % Of The Offer Of The Order For A Given Part. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actually Provided Number Of Articles.
