The Subject Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Patent Office For Comprehensive Service Of The Gdańsk Medical University Of Intellectual Property In The Field Of Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, And Medical Engineering. The Service Will Apply To All Patent, Protective And Registration Matters. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Services Of Patent Spokespersons In The Field Of Conducting New And Continuation Of Ongoing Patent Proceedings In Front Of The Patent Office Of The Republic Of Poland And Patent Offices Outside The Country, For Inventions Reported In National, International Pct And European Epo For Gumeds. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject, Scope And Method Of Implementation Are Described In Annex 1.1, 3 And 4 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 3. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Contract Were Included In The Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz.
