Call for Consultancies: Call for a Marketing Consultant- Ffe Closing Date: Thursday, 10. Apr 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 4000 to 5000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 3 weeks Context & Background About Berytech: Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon. About FFE: Femme Francophone Entrepreneure project was created by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) in the Middle East in partnership with Berytech and lOrient le Jours with the aim of fostering business development and promoting female entrepreneurship in Lebanon. FFE supports women entrepreneurs in their business creation projects thanks to financial support and a specially adapted environment. The AUF grants a subsidy to the best projects and Berytech provides the necessary support for business creation. The grant obtained makes it possible to cover incubation costs over six months. About Nomad Workshops: Nomad Workshops is a series of workshops designed to inspire and unleash creativity in both adults and kids. With a nomadic spirit, these workshops will take place in various locations across the UAE, providing participants with unique and ever-changing environments to fuel their imagination. SCOPE OF WORK AND REQUIREMENTS: The scope of work will cover the following components: Quick Assessment Evaluate the existing online presence, including website, social media, and content, and analyze industry trends. Strategy Development Develop a tailored digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals. Implementation Plan (core component) Create a detailed action plan outlining specific tactics, activities, timelines, and responsibilities aiming at: Directing social media activities. Improving brand awareness. Enhancing targeting across audiences and platforms. Directing and increasing traffic over different social media platforms. Generating better quality leads. Deliverables The expected deliverables include:Assessment Report: a detailed report summarizing the findings from the initial assessment and market research. Digital Marketing Strategy Document: a comprehensive strategy document outlining objectives, target audience, tactics, and KPIs. Implementation Plan: a step-by-step action plan with deliverables and timelines. Qualifications Applications to this proposal can be from independent consultants, corporations, or agencies. The service provider should have at least 5 years of experience working with startups. Proven experience in marketing and digital marketing in different fields, especially services. Positive references from previous clients. Ability to meet project timelines and budget constraints. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Experience and qualifications of the consultant. Quality and feasibility of the proposed project plan. Cost-effectiveness and budget adherence. References and past performance.
