Guldborgsund Municipality Offers A Single Contract For The Delivery And Operation Of Digital Solution For Handling Facilities And Grants In Guldborgsund Municipality. Guldborgsund Municipality Therefore Needs A New Digital And Fully Functional Solution For Handling The Municipalitys Associations, Grant Management, And Booking And Handling Of The Municipalitys Facilities. The New Solution Must Ensure That The Primary Users Who Are The Associations In The Municipality Have Only One Entrance To The Municipality In Terms Of Communication With The Municipality On Grants And Facilities. At The Same Time, The Solution Must Be Easy And Intuitive To Use For Users, Even For Elderly Citizens Who Make Up A Large Proportion Of Users. With A New Solution, Guldborgsund Municipality Will Make It Simpler For Users To Apply For Grants, Cf. The Public Information Act, As Well As Apply For The Use Of The Municipalitys Facilities For Their Activities.
