The Initiative Is Focused On The Necessary Passage Of The Energy System From Coal Dependence Towards Establishing A Climate Neutral Urban Environment. Mov Strives To Combine Innovative Technologies And Concepts With A New Business And Collaborative Model, Thereby Optimizing Potential, Improving Resource Exploitation And Increasing Socio-Economic Benefits Associated With Energy Transition. The Investment Program Introduces A Comprehensive, More Sector And More Level Approach To The Planning And Implementation Of Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Investments. The Program Is Based On A Coordinated Implementation Of Measures On The Offer And Demand Page. The Main Objective Of The Mov Is To Develop A Thorough And Coordinated Investment Program That Will Provide Techno-Economic Feasibility And Will Be Confirmed Using The Elena Instrument. The Elena Movenergy Project Focuses On The Following Investment Components: 1. Energy Renovation Of Public Buildings: • Comprehensive Energy Renovation Of Public Buildings That Will Reduce The Specific Energy Consumption From 137 Kwh/(M² Year) To 52 Kwh/(M²), Which Means An Average Reduction In Consumption By 62.2 %. • Measures Include Additional Heat Envelope Of Buildings, Replacement Of Ineffective Windows And Doors, And Improvements To Heating And Cooling Systems (Boiler Renovation, Hydraulic Balance, Installation Of Thermostatic Valves). • In Total, 8 Public Buildings (Sports Hall, Elementary Schools, Kindergartens And Health Center) With A Total Area Of 35,036 M² Will Be Energy Renovated. 2. Energy Renovation Of Multi-Dwelling Buildings: • Promoting Investments In The Renovation Of Private Multi-Dwelling Buildings By Providing Technical Support And Financing Project Documentation. • In The First Phase, There Is A Planned Renovation Of 12 Multi -Dwelling Buildings, A Total Area Of 42,000 M², And In The Next Stages Expansion To Additional Facilities. 3. Solar Power Plants On Public Facilities: • Photovoltaic (Pv) Power Plants Of Different Sizes Will Be Installed On The Roofs Of Public Buildings With Appropriate Orientation. We Will Follow Two Models, Whether Ppp Or A Classic Subscription Model, Depending On The Energy Potential Of Solar Power Plants Installed.
