The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task In The Formula Design And Build, Called: Renovation And Adaptation Of Rooms For Practical Learning Of The Profession Of School Complex No. 1 In Myszków As Part Of The Project Entitled: Improving The Quality Of Vocational Education At School Complex No. 1 In Myszków. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Attached Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And In The Proposed Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. 1.3. Investment Co-Financed Under The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027 Priority Fesl.08 European Funds For Infrastructure For A Resident Action Fesl.08.03. Infrastructure Of Vocational Education -Zit 1.4. The Contractor Will Grant The Contracting Authority A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of Min. 24 Months. The Warranty Period Is A Criterion For Assessing The Offers Referred To In Chapter Xi Para. 5 Swz. 1.1.1. Warranty And Warranty1.1.1.1. On The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Grant The Contracting Authority A Guarantee And Warranty For The Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 24 Months. 1.1.1.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Warranty Period In The Months In The Offer Form. 1.1.1.3. If The Contractor Indicates The Warranty Period Shorter Than The Minimum Required Period Indicated Above, I.E. In Point 1.1.1.1. If The Employer In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters, Etc.2.2. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 2.3.
