12 The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Concluded Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex 5 To Swz And Attachments To The Contract, Constituting An Integral Part Of It. 2. The Offered System Should Contain All Elements Enabling Effective Management Of The Employers Fleet By Locating And Reporting Vehicle Work, And In Particular Meet The Requirements Contained In Annex 4 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. All Devices Mounted By The Contractor Are His Property And After The Contract Is Completed At The Contractors Expense. The Service And Maintenance In The Efficiency Of All Devices And System Components Will Be Performed Under This Contract And Lies With The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Is Only A User Of The Devices During The Contract. 4. Using The Application Will Consist In Enabling The Ordering Party Via The Internet (Microsoft Edge Browsers, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox), Secure And Encrypted With A Trusted Certificate Of Access To Data Collected By The Contractor System On The Application Server Located At The Contractors Headquarters. 5. In The Case Of Electric Cars Listed In Annex 4.1 To The Swz- List Of Vehicles And Facilities, The Offered System Does Not Include Requirements For Fuel Monitoring. 6. The Employer Provides Computer, Mobile And Internet Connections To Use The Application By Designated Employees. Supporting The Assembly Of All Devices In The Ordering Party Vehicles And Their Correct Functioning Will Be Confirmed By The Receipt Of The Installation Of The Equipment (Annex 3 To The Contract Template) By Designated Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. If The End Of The Deadline For The Performance Of The Activity Falls As A Statutory Day Considered Free From Work Or On Saturday, The Deadline Is The Next Day, Which Is Not A Day Off From Work Or Saturday, I.E. Working Days Are Calculated From Monday To Friday. 7 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz (Opz).
