Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High -Man -Type Natural Gas Involving Gas Sales And Distribution For The Needs Of Facilities Managed By Urbitor Sp. Z O.O.
3 O.O. B) Expected Quantity: 4 Gas Collection Points - In Accordance With Annex 1 To Swz. 2. The Forecasted Amount Of Gas Fuel, Which Will Be Supplied During The Period Of The Contract To The Collection Points Specified In Annex 1 To Swz, Is Estimated At 82000 M3, 992,000 Kwh. The Above Value Of The Gas Volume Is An Estimated Value And May Change. In The Event Of A Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Claim Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Used. The Forecast Gas Consumption Is Indicative, Because It Is Not Possible To Determine In Advance The Amount That Will Be Delivered To The Contracting Authority And Does Not Constitute On The Part Of The Contracting Authority A Commitment To Buy Gas In The Given Amount. The Expected Gas Fuel Consumption Is Estimated And Is Only Used To Compare Offers. Any Reduction/Increase In The Total Amount Of Fuel Purchased Will Be In The Range Of +/- 10% Of The Basic Volume Specified In Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined In Detail By The Attachments To Swz: Annex No. 2 (Planned Provisions Of The Contract) And Annex No. 1 (List Of The Ordering Party Objects)
