Ditches Included In The Land Register As Roads, Agricultural Land, Meadows, Etc., Owned By The City Of Zduńska Wola (Approx. 5,000 M Renovations And Works Aimed At Improving Safety In The Area Of Impact Of A Water Device. Further Stretch Of Section 7.4.) Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application Referred To In Para. 2, The Party Is Obliged To Respond In Writing To The Submitted Request For Amending The Contract, And To Transfer It To The Other Party Along With Justification, Both In The Event Of Refusal And Acceptance Of The Change Request. 4. All Amendments To The Contract Are Made By The Authorized Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor In Writing By Way Of An Annex Of The Agreement Bearing The Date And Subsequent Numbers, Under Pain Of Nullity. 5 If In Doubt, It Is Assumed That The Following Changes Are Not Amended: 1) Data Related To The Administrative And Organizational Services Of The Contract, 2) Contact Details, 3) Registration Data, 4) Resulting From Universal Succession On One Of The Parties To The Contract. 6.
