The Contractor Guarantees That The Goods Offered By The Contractor As Part Of Successive Deliveries Will Be: A) Full -Fledged And First Category, B) Factory New, Unused, Originally Packed, Without Damage, C) Meet The Quality Requirements And Properties Specified By The Ordering Party And The Manufacturer Of A Given Product, Guaranteeing Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use In Terms Of Its Purpose, D) I.E. With The Same Technical Conditions, Colors, Model, Properties.
