The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Assembly And Connection Of The Electrical Boat Measuring Equipment For The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. 2. Code According To Cpv: 34933000-6 Navigation Equipment, 38230000-6 Electromagnetic Geophysical Instruments, 38115000-4 Radar Apparatus, 38110000-9 Navigation Instruments. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party: Gdańsk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science, Building No. 41 Weti A, Public Procurement Section, Room 114, Ul. G. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Without Prior Operation, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Not Be The Subject Of Third Parties. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Determine The Offered Product, Characterizing It By Indicating, Among Others Manufacturer, Type, Model And Other Data Clearly Identifying The Offered Subject Of The Contract In The Material And Price Form, Drawn Up According To The Formula Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. The Material And Price Form Is The Content Of The Offer And Is Not Completed. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Be A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Contract In The Dimension: At Least 12 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report, Without Comments. 7.
