Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Sewage Network Together With The Project - Stage 2

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of A Pressure-Gravity Sewage Network In Falenty. The Area Covered By The Investment Is Protected By The Masovian Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments And All Works Carried Out In This Area Require The Consent Of The Monument Conservator. This Area Is Recognized As A Monument As A Palace And Park Complex In Falenty And Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 1012/334.Tap And Includes The Implementation Of The Project Together With Obtaining All The Arrangements, Documentation And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Design Of The Construction, Launching And Transferring The Subject Of This Contract For The Design Of Polish Law Required In Accordance With Polish Law. Decisions And Permits Required In The Republic Of Poland Should Obtain The Contractor From The Relevant Authorities At His Own Expense. The Contractor Will Draw Up Documents Covering At Least: A) Construction Project - Developed To The Extent In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law In Force In Poland And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws, Item 462) Changes, Made Based On The Current Map For Design Purposes And The Reconciliation Of The Route By Zud, A Local Vision Of The Construction Area And Agreeing With The Owners Of The Property Outside The Contracting Authority. The Construction Project Should Contain All The Necessary Industries: Sanitary, Technological, Electrical, Etc. B) All Other Studies Required To Obtain A Building Permit Or A Lack Of Objection To The Notification Of Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And Other Necessary Arrangements (Water And Legal Reports, Inventory Of Greenery, Necessary Expertise); C) All Necessary Arrangement And Consent Recipient Of The Sewage Of The Municipal Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalny Eko-Ryzyn Sp. Z O.O.D) All Necessary Agreements And Consent From The Provincial Masovian Monument Conservator. Executive Technical Projects Will Be A Detail For The Performance Of A Construction Project. The Documentation Should Be Developed Taking Into Account The Conditions For Approval Of The Construction Project And The Conditions Contained In The Obtained Opinions And Arrangements, As Well As Detailed Guidelines Of The Employer. F) Traffic Organization Design For The Time Of Conducting Construction And Assembly Works If Required
