Jagiełły 1.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: • Annex 4 - Opz • Annex 5 - Designed Provisions Of The Contract4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Together With The Offer, A Description Of The Offered Hardware And Software Enabling The Ordering Party To Verify The Fulfillment By The Offered Hardware And Software Of The Minimum Requirements, Specified In Annex 4 - Opz 5) In The Assets Of Annex 4 - Opz, Include: Name And Model Of The Proposed Solution Or Name And Version Of The Proposed Software, And Mark (Yes/No) Referring To All Fields Specifying The Minimum Requirements. If The Contractor In Any Of The Item Offers Parameters That Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer, The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Paragraph 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority Also Presents A Table With Technical Parameters For Which The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Supplement The Technical Parameters Marked In The Table As So/No, Not Selecting In The Table Any Of The Options Will Be Treated As A Response, And For This Solution It Will Not Be Added Points Corresponding To The Given Technical Parameter. 6) Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Determining The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Using Equivalent Solutions With Technical And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor, Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Described By The Employer, Is Obliged To Show That The Delivery He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Employer. The Obligation For The Contractor To Demonstrate That The Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Is An Obligation Arising From The Act, Which Can Be Fulfilled In Any Way Allowing The Employer To Clearly State The Compliance Of The Systems, Technology, Materials/Products Or Devices Offered In The Offer Of The Offer, With The Requirements Specified In The Documentation, This Obligation Should Be Met At The Stage Of Submitting Documentation.
