Tenders Are Invited For Services Furnished By Business, Professional And Specialist Organisations - Selection Of An Operator For Providing Electronic Vouchers For The Needs Of Gabrovo Municipality And Secondary Budget Speaker
Services Furnished By Business, Professional And Specialist Organisations - Selection Of An Operator For Providing Electronic Vouchers For The Needs Of Gabrovo Municipality And Secondary Budget Speaker. The Public Procurement, The Enforceable Under The Conditions Described In The Instructions, Technical Specification And Draft Contract -Part -Resistance For Participation In The Procedure, Is Subject To: Selection Of An Operator For The Provision Of Vouchers For Food Electronic Electronic Needs Of The Municipality Of Gabrovo And The Secondary Budgets. The Contracting Authority States To The Contractor The Necessary Number Of Cards To Be Delivered To Him According To The Current Number Of Employees Who Will Use Them. The Available Cards Are Loaded On A Monthly Basis With Electronic Vouchers, After A Preliminary Request Of The Contracting Authority To The Contractor. The Request Shall Indicate The Cards Of Which Employees (Specific Charging Cards) Should Be Loaded With Electronic Vouchers And Respectively At What Value. The Contract Shall Enter Into Force From The Date Of Conclusion And Has A Period Of Operation Until 31.12.2026 Or Until The Financial Resources Are Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Events Occurred First. The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act And Will Be Fulfilled Only After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority For The Financing And Submission Of The Contractor Of The Designated Guarantee For Implementation.
