To provide online access to law library software for the patients and recipients at the State Operated Psychiatric Hospitals and State Operated Developmental Centers. The agency would like to request 20 licenses for the first year of the five-year initial term, with the option to update the quantity as needed on an annual basis. Upon completion of the initial term, there will be an optional two-year renewal term.
