1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Technical Consultation Services And The Organization Of Service Services Of Devices And Their Software, Consisting Of: 1) Conducting Consultations When Solving Problems With The Operation Of Satellite Devices Of Broadcasting Stations And Transmission Cars And Satellite Receivers, 2) Providing New Versions Of Software For The Abovementioned Devices, Together With The Devices Proposed By The Employer, Or The Manufacturer Of Devices, New Functionalities Of Devices And The Satellite Distribution System Of Polish Radio S.A. Programs They Create, 3) Supervision Over The Software Modification And Configuration Changes, 4) Constant Readiness For The Performance Of Repair Activities, 5) Making All Arrangements Related To Repairs And The Functioning Of Devices Between Devices And The Functioning Of Devices Employer And Manufacturer Of Devices. 2. The List Of Devices Referred To In Point 1 And The Detailed Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Description Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.
