Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Group E) For The Municipality Of Koło And Its Organizational Units For The Period From 01.06.2025. To 31.05.2026
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannary Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Collection Point/Points According To Annex 1 To Swz - Supply Of Gas Fuel Together With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Facilities, The Size Of The Fuel Demand 1 111 672 Kwh (Basic Order), Including For Entities Cultivated For Use In The Settlements Of Tariff Prices Approved By Tariff Prices. Ure President: 647 936 Kwh And Unauthorized Entities, For Whom The Purchase Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place At Competitive Prices: 463 736 Kwh.2. Gas Fuel Should Be Supplied Around The Clock To The Delivery And Receiving Points Listed In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Which Is Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Operators Gas Network. 3. In The Course Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Size Of The Order To +/- 10% Relative To The Basic Amount Of Gas For The Purchase Of Gas. An Increase In The Size Of The Order Will Occur On The Basis Of The Right Option. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above -Mentioned The Above Are Described In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Para. 3 And 4.4. Information On Current Contracts Is Described In Annex 1 To Swz In The Column Period Of Current Contract /Notice Period.
