1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Bicycle Paths In The Ślesin Commune. The Task Carried Out In The Formula Design And Build. Relialization Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Including The Implementation Of Project Documentation; 2) Stage 2 - Including Construction Works Together With As -Built Documentation. The Operation Includes The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along With The Infrastructure Accompanying In The M. Różopole. Parameters Of The Bicycle Path Built:-Bicycle Path Service: 653 M,-Service Of Rainwater Sewage: 444 M,-Minimal Number Of Control Wells: 14 Pcs,-Minimum Number Of Rainfalls: 13 Pcs.,-Path Width: 2.5 M, -Dire Path: Asphalt,-Road Surface And Widening Asphalt, Aggregates, -Erations Of The Road Lane: Vertical Marking, Horizontal Marking, U-12A Protective Barriers,-Bus Route. As Part Of The Task, The Following Will Be Performed:-Processing Project Documentation And As-Built Documentation,-Consultation Of Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Works,-To Obtain The Required Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, Applications,- Construction Bicycle Path,-Removal Of Rainwater Sewage System Together With Inlets;-Making Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment. A Thin-Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Description Of The Requirements Of The Employer In The Field Of Implementation And Acceptance Was Specified In The Functional And Use Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz And Consideration Of Estimates. 1.1 The Economic Educator Will Be Obliged: 1) On The Basis Of The Existing State Presented In Pfu And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer Regarding The Design And Performance Of A Bicycle Path In The M.
