The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Task Called Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 4005W Huta - Borki - Rędocin - Construction Of A Pavement With Dehydration On The Section Huta - Majdanki (Documentation) On The Section From Km 0+170.00 To Km 1+620.00.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 10 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Project Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021 Item 2454). 4. The Contractor At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer And Valuation Of The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Should Read The Documents Attached To This Swz. In Case Of Doubt, The Contractor Should Ask The Employer To Explain Before Submitting The Offer. Lack Of Objections From The Contractor Will Be Treated As Acceptance Of The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract And At The Same Time Constituting The Basis For The Valuation Of The Service.
