1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Purchase Of A License For Quality Analysis Software, Enabling Cloud Cooperation And Stationary Analysis Of Quality Data. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1A To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Employer At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Of The Contractor. 4. The Employer Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract/Contract By Means Of Electronic Means Available On The Part Of The Contractor, With The Proviso That The Employer Will Have Electronic Funds Enabling Them To Be Collected In Particular By Providing Them Via The Software Manufacturer. 5. The Software License Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Granted For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Data On The Offered Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Software Manufacturer, Software Name, Software Version. No Information In The Offer Enabling The Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Product Will Recognize The Employer As A Non -Compliance Of The Offer With The Swz Content And Rejects The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Act. 9. In Cases Where Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process, Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, Means That The Contracting Authority May Not Describe The Subject Of The Contract In Sufficiently Precise And Understandable And Understandable Way And Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Such Situations, The Use Of The Above Indications Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. The Contracting Authority Indicates In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Criteria Used To Assess The Equivalence. 10.
